Are you a beginner? Our training course “Introduction to gelato and sorbet” will give you all the tools you need to start producing a high quality gelato or sorbet.

Would you like to improve your skills? Then the course “Advanced Gelato and Sorbetto Production” is for you. You will deepen your knowledge and learn how to use alcohol in gelato and sorbet recipes.

You want to perfect your knowledge of chocolate dipping: The range of chocolate dipping for ice cream coating has greatly diversified over the last 2 years. Come demystify it all during a hands-on training session where you will be able to manipulate chocolate to give it the desired flavour.

8:30am to 11:30am
